Any Crutch Caddy in original packaging can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of confirmed delivery. In this case, the customer is liable for return shipping (USPS Medium Flat Rate Box).
If a customer receives a damaged Crutch Caddy, they may return the Crutch Caddy within 10 days of confirmed delivery. In this case, the customer is not liable for return shipping.
If the customer has communicated that this is a gift purchase, the customer or the gift receiver may return the Crutch Caddy in original packaging within 45 days of confirmed delivery.

All refund payments will be returned to the original payment method. All refunds will be processed within 20 business days.
